Meet your Chef at French Concession area in the morning, and start your 3-colored soup dumplings cooking class form the most traditional ones with regular white dough and pork filling. After you get more hands on, you will be making the orange one with the chicken filling. The last one is the green dumpling with squash and shrimp fillings.
