Afterwards, see the site of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, which oversaw a large relief program for over 20,000 refugees to Shanghai. Day 1 Shanghai - Xi'an
Fly to Xi'an from Shanghai. Upon arrival in Xi’an, you’ll be greeted by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 2 Xi'an (American Breakfast, Lunch)
In 221 BC, Qin Shi Huang unified China and became the first emperor. When he died, an entire Terra Cotta Army was constructed to be buried along with the emperor. It was uncovered serendipitously in 1974 by farmers, and then became one of the century’s greatest archaeological discoveries. You will visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, and Terra Cotta Army replication factory. Afterward, transfer to visit the ancient City Wall of Xian, one of the existing best-preserved city walls in China, and one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.

Day 3 Xian - Shanghai (American Breakfast)
This morning, visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda Scenic Area, then the Muslim Street, the local Bazaar, as well as the Great Mosque. After that, drive to airport to take the return flight to Shanghai.

Visit two picturesque Chinese towns, Suzhou and Zhouzhuang on a day trip from Shanghai.  Visit the Suzhou's magnificent gardens, impressive ancient architectures. After picking up at the hotel, we will drive to Suzhou and our first stop will be the famous Lion Grove Garden (Shizilin). The Lion Grove garden was first built in 1342 by the Monk Tianru and other disciples in memory of their teacher.The garden is famous for its rockery, which is mostly made of limestone taken from Taihu lake. It is one of the four greatest gardens and representative classic gardens in Suzhou City. Next, we move to the Suzhou Folk Custom Museum to see the masses’ customs and habits formed in thelong-term production and livelihood. Then we head to the No.1 Silk Factory, passing by Grand Canal.

After lunch, we will go to visit the water village of Zhouzhuang and board a Chinese-style gondola to cruise the town's beautiful waterways. Visit the oldest and most well protected water village, Zhu Jia Jiao, which is located about 16 miles west of Shanghai downtown. Drive to the water town and visit Kezhi Garden as the first attraction, which was built in 1912. The owner spent 300,000 tales of silver and 15 years in building the garden. The architecture in the garden is a combination of the Chinese traditional and the Western styles, rarely found in the country. Then, take a local boat along the old cannel for even closer looks at the buildings and bridges, such as the 300-year old, Ming-era Fangsheng Bridge. You'll be amazed at the ancient architecture, including the 16th-century Fangsheng Bridge with its five arches, and watery vistas. After the relaxing gondola ride, you will walk and explore closely in the town. As you walk along the narrow streets, you'll visit traditional buildings, old shops, and unique food and handicraft stalls. Then, journey back to Shanghai and get dropped off at your hotel.
